I have lived in Seattle since 1987, I became a licensed agent in 1994, over the past 20 years I have bought and sold personal residences in many areas of Seattle. I have been married for 18 years, and have 3…nearly grown kids. Two outside of the home, one inside. I have two dogs, 4 city chickens, and some tropical fish. I love being outdoors, watching the sunsets, running, skiing, boating, and hiking.

Tony Houts started with Sound Point Real Estate in 2016 as an Associate Broker excited to work with first-time homeowners looking for their forever home and all levels of investors seeking to acquire rental properties underwritten to maximize returns.
Tony spent two years as an Investment Broker specializing in Multifamily Commercial Real Estate Sales. He was a member of the Jansen Multifamily Team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of apartment properties in the Puget Sound Region. Tony gained extensive market knowledge and learned in-depth financial analysis. Tony played a vital role in business development, analysis and marketing.

Mandy Lind is a Seattle native who began her real estate career in 2002. Since that time she has worked in many facets of the industry, including ten years as an office manager and transaction coordinator for a top producing Seattle team. Mandy has gained a multitude of experience closing transactions of all varieties including single-family, multifamily, condos, and land acquisition. Most recently, she has had the opportunity to work with a private equity fund that finances new construction for Seattle builders, which has broadened her experience in the field of new construction. Mandy is excited about applying her real estate knowledge to assist Buyers and Sellers and feels fortunate to be working with the amazing agents at Sound Point Real Estate. In her off time, Mandy enjoys boating, gardening, hiking, and just about any adventure with her husband and young son.

I attended undergraduate at Seattle University with degrees in Finance and Accounting and received an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University with an emphasis on Technology Management. After a short stint in the corporate world, I have been an entrepreneur and real estate investor/broker/property manager for almost 2 decades now. I purchased my first duplex right out of college, and now have several rental homes/multifamily properties in my portfolio. I specialize in helping individuals or businesses find the right cash flow investment property, and can help you navigate through commercial leases, 1031 exchanges, cap rates, NOI, creative financing, etc.
I live in the beautiful Green Lake area with my wife and 3 children. As for free time, I absolutely love chocolate and coffee, cycling, running, tennis, golf, the outdoors, Seattle sports, meditation and simple quiet time. I have successfully developed and operated several Airbnb units for 5 years. Over that time, I have become very knowledgeable about short-term rental business practices and trends. In the past 2 years, I’ve added real estate development and began building high-end single family homes. I enjoy looking for opportunities, designing with modern high-end materials, managing a budget, and realizing value beyond common expectations.
I am an attorney by trade. I was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1999, and in Washington State in 2008. I worked at a non-profit organization in Washington Heights before returning home to Seattle for family reasons and starting my own businesses. I am currently in emeritus status and volunteer, providing legal advice to low-income tenants. I am also a court-appointed special advocate and work with dependency cases advocating on behalf of children.
I have lived in Greenlake since 2005 in a great home that I’ve extensively remodeled, working as the general contractor for those projects – including developing my basement to be my first rental unit, which started my work in the Airbnb market. I grew up in Woodinville and graduated from Evergreen State College. I stay busy with my 11 and 14-year-olds. I am also an avid tennis player and captain several US Tennis Association ladies and mixed doubles teams.
Growing up in the generation of millennials, I have had the benefit of being given tools that allowed me to flourish in the increasingly tech-savvy world we live in today. Additionally, I greatly benefit in my field today having been raised by a single father whose jobs covered all sides of real estate and property management. These factors in my upbringing have given me the advantage of being comfortable around all aspects of real estate.
