Keith Bruce

I am the Designated Broker and co-founder of Sound Point Real Estate, LLC, centrally located in both Seattle’s Green Lake and West Seattle neighborhoods. I have been in real estate 21 years and have won numerous awards and accolades for my outstanding customer service and industry knowledge. I am a senior instructor for the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission and a Certified Military Housing Specialist which assists military members with their housing needs. I absolutely love real estate and helping families/individuals find their perfect dream home. I am a graduate of the University of Washington, served 3 tours of duty while on Admiral’s Staff onboard the USS Midway CV-41 during the Persian Gulf War and coach football/basketball for my son’s teams.
